About
Rhino Tusk Innovations is a technology and product engineering company based in Nepal. We work with organizations whose operations are physical, regulated and distributed — hydropower projects, engineering firms, financial advisory practices and corporate teams — and we build the systems that hold those operations together.
Software is only useful when it survives contact with the operation. We start from how the work is actually done — the register that is still on paper, the approval that happens over the phone, the store keeper at site with intermittent connectivity — and design from there.
Small senior teams, short feedback loops, working software early. We architect for a decade of change rather than a launch date, and we document what we build so it can be maintained by others.

Our story
Rhino Tusk was not founded around a product idea. The product came out of the work.
Started as a small engineering team building operational software for organizations that had outgrown spreadsheets.
Project work with hydropower developers exposed the same gap repeatedly: budget, procurement and site activity living in disconnected systems.
The recurring requirements were consolidated into a single vertical platform for hydropower project operations.
We run Rhino Hydro Flow as a product while continuing to engineer custom systems across hydropower, construction, engineering, financial services and corporate operations.
